Shipping & Return
All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Please consider that orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.
Standard and Ground orders received by 10AM EST (Monday-Friday) are typically processed the same day.
Express 2nd Day need to be received by noon EST to be processed the same day.
We ship all our domestic orders via United States Postal Service.
No deliveries will be made on weekends or holidays.
We do not ship to P.O addresses.
We are not offering international shipping at this time.
Unfortunately once the order has been placed it is not possible to change the delivery address.
We are not responsible for lost packages upon delivery confirmation.

Item must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including any paperwork, manuals or accessories within 7 days of original purchase date. If returned items are not the same condition as when they were sent, we will refuse or send them back to you with the shipping charge. In order to return/replace items, you will need to acquire an RMA number. Contact our customer service department with your request - we will review and give you an authorized return number. If you send the product back without the proper RMA number the item(s) will be shipped back to you at your own expense.
Customer is responsible for shipping return items back to our warehouse unless otherwise discussed.
Original shipping fees will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly or damaged. Otherwise, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We suggest shipping all returns using a traceable delivery method as we are unable to refund or replace without proof of delivery. Return Credit will issue after the inspection of returned items and always be issued to the same card to which they were charged.
